BEWARE! 5/19/2024 I got a room here in the past, so I knew what to expect. A tacky cheap room with a short walk to Ogunquit Beach BUT... I score a last minute deal after filtering local hotels near the Ogunauit beach with a pool. We arrived, checked in, and went to the pool area to find it empty and dilapidated. Through booking I filtered places WITH pools; There was no indication of the out-of-commission pool on the Sea View website or booking.com. After reviewing the cancellation policy, I wouldn't be eligible for any refund. Since this was a last-minute booking, even if I had immediately canceled, I would only receive a total of 10$ refund. After consulting with the staff, they informed us they could do nothing and would let management know. Unfortunately, this was the cherry because the room was hardly clean, stains on the furniture and only offered decaf coffee in the rooms. If you wanted caffeinated coffee you would have to wait until 8am when the office reopens. read more
