I usually don't get my lashes done for many reasons, but since it was my birthday, I decided to book a session with Jessica, the owner. From the start, the experience was frustrating--she rescheduled my appointment, saying she had other things to do. After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a new time, even though I had already booked online.
When I arrived, I was excited and showed her a video of the lashes I wanted. She assured me she could do them but mentioned adding a small twist to enhance the look. I told her that was fine as long as they still resembled the video. Unfortunately, they didn't. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction.
To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Her unprofessionalism was unacceptable, and I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. read more
