Got off the early train from Rome and searched Yelp for coffee. I thought "chain" and wasn't quite sure when I saw that this espresso bar had four spots allover Naples. Saw pics and decided that this is the place we were getting breakfast. They are conveniently located right next to the Santa Maria Novella church and piazza. This cafe is small like other similar bars but had a roomier patio setup. We snagged one of the few seats inside as it was too chilly on the patio (though it did have a nice view of the plaza). We ordered the usual Italian breakfast of coffee and pastries but I got the fruit and nut smothered acai bowl which I had been craving for this morning. The baristas were very friendly and service was fast. After walking allover Firenze on that cloudy Saturday, we decided to stop by again for a healthy green ginger smoothie and an afternoon dose of macchiato. read more
