I always got my car washes from here before and had no issues, but recently their $11 wash has no rinse at the end. The first time I came in to tell them, the employee was willing to give me a refund because another lady was there telling him? He gave me the same wash for free, but it still had the same problem. My car still had soap at the end, and there was no rinse. I came back to tell him again, and this time he didn't want to give me a refund or another wash. He said I'm mistaken and no other customers had this issue. He can obviously see that there are soap on my car, yet he just smirked when I even offered to pay for another one so I can record this to show him.
