Sure there's also a bunch of great cheese's all over the place to pick up, but their take home (and bake) pizza is pretty darn good. Simon's is not just a cheese factory store. There are many local beers, spirits, novelty gifts, clothing, meats, canned foods and candy's to chose from. Along with a made to order sandwich and lpizza counter.
