I saw a REEL by TemeculaValleyexplorer appear on my IG page of Simple Salad's soft opening yesterday & I checked to make sure they were on YELP so I decided to stop by and give it try... RASPBERRY with SALMON: (10/10) The blackened salmon was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was very well balanced. I loved all the ingredients in this salad ESPECIALLY the sweety drop peppers... BOWTIE: 9/10 The salad portions are very generous. The chicken tasted great and they were kind enough to put the Parmesan Cheese on the side for my hubby because of hypertension (high blood pressure). He's on a low sodium diet. I kindly suggest asking for any dietary restrictions... AMBIANCE: Great atmosphere. Bright, colorful and modern cafe feel. There's also a nice out door patio. There's quite a few small tables for 2. Great for couples or small groups. But what if a Party of 10 walked in? COCONUT MACARON: 8/10 Love the coconut texture but, it was a bit too sweet. It's great for those who want a sugar rush... SERVICE: 10/10 A+ EXCELLENT. All the staff were really nice, friendly and welcoming... I came during their SOFT OPENING so I hope they will have more menu items, possibly a create your own salad option and some great deals for regulars...
