Good lunch spot for a quality salad. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and it was well worth the price I paid. Plenty of food, in fact I couldn't finsh it all. RASPBERRY with SALMON: (10/10) The blackened salmon was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was very well balanced. I loved all the ingredients in this salad ESPECIALLY the sweety drop peppers... BOWTIE: 9/10 The salad portions are very generous. The chicken tasted great and they were kind enough to put the Parmesan Cheese on the side for my hubby because of hypertension (high blood pressure). He's on a low sodium diet. I kindly suggest asking for any dietary restrictions... AMBIANCE: Great atmosphere. Bright, colorful and modern cafe feel. There's also a nice out door patio. There's quite a few small tables for 2. Salads are pretty simple.... Usually. So I thought Simply Salad would be a perfect way to end a morning of running errands & having the dogs groomed next door. Long story short. I ordered the Greek salad and added shrimp. I took one bite of a shrimp then quickly discarded it. It tasted like the precooked shrimp from the grocery store drenched in oil. I got home and tried to finish the salad. I tried another shrimp.. yep for sure, these were bad shrimp.. I picked the rest out and tossed them in the trash.. The cucumbers were water logged. Just tried Simple Salad for the first time today & I was shocked. The ambience is Minimalist French cafe-style and so CLEAN looking. I was having a hard time selecting a salad but the associate at the front was so kind and helpful with her personal favorites that I decided on the Asian Salad. The picture doesn't do it justice. The salad was HUGE. Every ingredient just tasted so fresh that it made me trusting of every piece so I didn't have to poke around like I normally do with salads. The dressing was tasty & addicting. The owner introduced herself to me and she was so genuine and welcoming, she even introduced their Executive chef who was close by. They're in the soft launch phase, but I'm so excited to see the ever-changing salad options/drinks coming up (I overheard chef saying he'll change the salads weekly). Yay!! Went here for a third time. The first two times were great but the third time our chicken was much smaller and all coated in something yellow. It looked like eggs but was chicken. There should be a six star option on yelp! What a find! As good or better than any salad you will eat at a five star restaurant. I think what stands out the most is the quality of the dressings. I had an Asian chop salad and usually dressings are chalked full of sugar, not this one. Gave you everything addressing shit but could literally taste every ingredient within the salad.
