My son wanted to have his birthday party here so that's what we did. The party check-in line can be a bit chaotic, especially if more than one party is attempting to check in. While I waited in the party check-in line, an adult guest and her two girls stood way too close to me. We all discovered that all she wanted was socks. She wasn't with a party, which means the front desk could have handled her request instead of her literally breathing down my neck. So rude! Anyways, the boys enjoyed themselves! Our party host was great! She was available as we needed. I didn't realize that the party area would not be an enclosed room. Besides that, I liked the set up. Overall, it was a good time minus a few hiccups. I'm sure I'll be back at some point. read more
