Love this place! They offer a membership so the kids get to go anytime they want and jump for two hours. It's a really cool place and they get lots of exercise. You can also purchase drink cups and bring them each visit for refills for a fraction of the cost of a regular drink. They also have water fountains and you can request free ice for your cup. My son wanted to have his birthday party here so that's what we did. The party check-in line can be a bit chaotic, especially if more than one party is attempting to check in. While I waited in the party check-in line, an adult guest and her two girls stood way too close to me. We all discovered that all she wanted was socks. She wasn't with a party, which means the front desk could have handled her request instead of her literally breathing down my neck. So rude! Anyways, the boys enjoyed themselves! Our party host was great! She was available as we needed. I didn't realize that the party area would not be an enclosed room. Besides that, I liked the set up. Overall, it was a good time minus a few hiccups. I'm sure I'll be back at some point. read more

This was our first visit to this location and the kids really enjoyed it! We attended a birthday party with allowed 2 hours of play time. The venue was very crowded as to be expected for a Saturday. But I will say they did a good job of it being clean and not smelling like a jump park lol. The girls loved the different options of the zip line, swing and slide that I hadn't seen on other similar jump parks. I did purchase a drink which was kind of high at $3. The party room was great with a good amount of space and privacy to enjoy everyone at the celebration. I love that they provided vip cards to return on their birthday. I've been to Sky Zone several times both for work and for fun. I first came while managing a summer camp and of course, the kids loved it. Booking was pretty simple, there's a waiver all the parents had to sign if course. The trampoline park itself is big with different areas for jumping, dodge ball, basketball, and a foam pit. I didn't try the food but my friends and the kids enjoyed it. The place was also full of birthday party's and other kids groups. read more

We had fun!!! Yes, we because I enjoyed DEFY just as much as my nephew. I booked the jump time online, completed the waiver, and purchased the required grip socks. We arrived to a crowded place but enjoyed as many of the activities available, especially dodgeball, open jump, and kid jump. We will return!!! read more

We visited for a birthday party on a Friday night. My 6 year old had a blast! They have a nice selection of activities from a slide, to swings, basketball court, trampoline basketball, dodgeball and more! They have several party rooms for birthdays, they don't really hold more than 12-16 kids depending on size, fyi. They have a pretty decent food selection at the Cafe, even though we didn't eat there. The parking lot is well lit and spacious. All equipment was clean and organized. Great establishment! We'll be back soon with our other children! read more

My 2 sons were discriminated against and accused of something they didn't do. After being approached the second time by Jack I had enough and let Jack know I was displeased with the service and requested a refund. Without asking what happened he just believed what the mom had told him and approached my sons. I told him don't speak to them I'm the parent and as an adult you should direct all comments or concerns to me. After speaking with the Asst. general manager LJ. It was revealed that Jack was in the wrong for not asking but assuming . LJ went back and watched the surveillance and saw that my 2 sons had nothing to do with the situation. Unfortunately a little girl was hit in the face by a kid that ran out of the dodgeball area immediately after doing so. My sons were wrongly accused and now are distraught about the situation. I chose to take the high rode and communicated. As a black father this treatment was unacceptable. And I have someone looking into this matter. read more

aliya was very boring and rude when it came to the rules although we might have been doing some rough housing we only did it will our friends which we stated so I think it should've been fine and she was basically making it hard for us to have fun which is the reason we spent 30 dollars to go. She proceeded to threaten to send us out which is in clear violation of her job description. me and my friends of whom I do not get to see often, due to their very busy schedules, were upset and annoyed that we dropped $30 for this complete and utter bs. The staff could have been more helpful with the kids. Multiple "workers" standing around not even paying attention to the kids!!! Safety hazard as well as just pure lazy! My child was trying to get past a fear and they would just laugh and roll their eyes at him! We will not be back!!!!! The workers need to realize a lot of kids that come here might have struggles and the workers could make a kids day just by interacting with them.... If they don't like kids then they should not work at a kids place. read more

Defy is a trampoline park that you should go to. It beats Altitude in literally everything. It's a good place to host parties and other events. There is plenty to do at defy. The only bad thing I have to say is it can get crowded on certain days, but the staff isn't at fault. read more

this is not a place you would want to take a group of children for a party. the tables are made of light weight alumium. they are picnic tables. children and adults come in all shapes and sizes. i and my daughter were there to bring birthday gift and sing happy birthday. i was sitting towards the end of bench on picnic table not right at the end just toward the end. i was the only one sitting there my daughter came back with our pieces of cake. she sat down on the other side of the table that is when i was so shocked because i did not know what was happening because i was sliding off of the bench onto the floor along with coke etc....hitting my head on a steel cabinet that held the plates and plastic knifes and forks. it hurt so bad. my daughter was able to jump to her feet before she fell. the steel picnic table are not bolted down and they are light weight. i nor my daughter are heavy people. makes no difference where you sit a table should not flip and flip a person to the floor. parimedics had to be called it was so awful. this could have been a child or children that were flipped to the floor. i have never ever had anything happen like this where the table is not made to hold all shapes and sizes of people. sounds like i am saying i and my daughter are heavy we are not. paramedics can fauouts for that. i had to go get a ct scan of my head as anyone knows once you hit your head hard that needs to be done because could be a brain bleed. all i can say about defy is that never once did they call to see if i was ok which that did not make a difference no way. one thing does make a difference is that children and adults attending a party should be able to sit anywhere on the picnic bench without the table flipping over. anyone reading this should make sure if your party is being held with a picnic table that is made of alumiunum make sure it is bolted down. i can not rate. read more
