I contacted Skyline to clean my gas fireplace. The guys came worked on it and told me it was done. That night I turned it on and out flew black dust all over my living area. Couches, shelves, and carpet all had soot. I called the company and they sent another person out, along with a furniture cleaning company which was great except for the fact that they left the grate leaning against my couch...which left the design of the grate in spot. They called the furniture / carpet cleaning company again. Couch got cleaned but the carpet still had remnants of soot. The owner came out and said he would make things right and offered to have a carpet color correction company come out and even offered to have my house cleaned. Great! But that never happened.
