I've been in pain for years in my upper trap/neck/shoulder area, mostly on my left side. I am a surgical assistant and I am on my feet all day leaning more towards my left side. Basically the pain can radiate from my neck all the way down my hip. I've been to a chiropractor, massage therapist. I've even done acupuncture. I've done it all.
I started a new gym (hardcore fitness), and I had seen the owner going to Jaycee. It looked really painful but I kept seeing him go to him time and time again.
