I've figured out what I need in service providers. 1. Consistent and effective communication 2. Proper credentials and licensing 3. Attention to detail The rep I had from this company met all the above in spades. Sean responded to my Yelp project on Saturday evening. I had a lot of hassles with Amazon not delivering stuff as promised and he followed up to get me worked into the schedule. He also pointed out that the mess vivint left (frustrating security company that gets no stars) would impact the install of my new door bell. After everything was said and done he even took the trash from the job. Not so common these days. It's pricier to use licensed and bonded pros, and they are NOT all the same, but if you find a good one you're paying for guarantees, professionalism and peace of mind, and these guys were not the priciest out there.
