I've been going to Nutrishop Menifee for almost a year now, and the shop owner Chris recently opened Solid Training Center inside, in the back of the store. I go to my regular gym in Temecula 3 or 4 times during the week, but sometimes I like to change up my routine so I bought the 5 day pass and finally used it for the first time today. About 2 months ago, Chris gave me a personal tour of the facility and made me feel very welcome and excited to try it out. You can pay for a session with him and pick a muscle group you want to work on and he will customize a workout for you as he coaches you along. I did it once and it was great! Included a towel, pre-workout drink and post workout drink too. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Any of them can help you whether it be setting up the machines or choosing supplements to fuel your fire. They also run fitness challenges every so often which is free for anyone in Menifee to join. I'm going on my 3rd challenge so I'm hoping I can snag a prize because they are pretty awesome! You won't need to worry about parking because the lot is never packed.
