These donuts are definitely made with love. I love the popup concept of their store. Because of the small batch size, you know the quality will be great. Indeed they are, the dough is bread-like, instead of cake-like, and it is one of the lightest we have tried. The fillings were definitely smooth and very light, not sweet at all, very delicate.
