Joseph, the owner is not a man of his word. We agreed on a price to swap two refrigerators. An old one and a new one. He came out and indicated that refrigerator doors had to be dismantled in order to fit through the stairs. He asked for more money and I agreed. Then an hour later he asked for more money because the work was taking longer than expected and he assured me he would complete the work that same day. He called and asked for payment since he was wrapping up. I paid him out of good faith the full amount not realizing he left one of the refrigerators dismantled. He did not complete what I paid for! That was two weeks ago. I have attempted numerous times to get him to return to finish the work and he is a NO SHOW every single time. My tenant needs the issue resolved and now he wants more money. He is a liar and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse he lost a few parts to my tenant's new refrigerator which she had to replace and pay for herself. Do Not Use This Company. You will regret it! I have all the texts to prove that he will just lead you on and not show up unless u keep paying more and more money. I will be reporting him to the BBB next.
