If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have used various moving companies throughout my life. Joseph and his team were beyond exceptional. They never wasted time or try to prolong their hours by working slow. They are clearly professional movers who know what to do and to do so efficiently. I moved into a 3-story town house. It would have taken me days to do the amount of work they did in half the day. They were tasked to move many heavy items upstairs and around tight corners. Scheduled my move about a month in advance. Two weeks later, Joey called to request a deposit since people have been canceling (now I know why). Requested a $100 deposit for services. Even emailed me saying he would refund me if services were not met. Three days before scheduled move, I reached out to confirm time and date. No response. Can't speak highly enough of this company! Needed some help moving a washer and dryer and a couple heavy pieces of furniture. Called them on a Sunday morning and they were out that afternoon. He called to say he was running late because his partner locked the keys in the truck. In order to not be late he broke his truck window to get his keys! When I spoke to a few other moving companies they weren't interested in moving just furniture from one apartment to another in the same complex. Those same companies also required a 3 hour minimum. When Joseph and I spoke we did a quick 10-minute FaceTime consult so he could see what needed to be moved from Point A to Point B, quoted me the most reasonable price, and told me it'd be a 2 hour minimum. the guys came here and worked their asses off . On time early in the morning. Joseph and his partner were very communicative the whole time, asking the way we wanted things and if we needed help with anything. They come with their own truck and tools. Some helpful customer service advice for the future: I would encourage you to learn how to speak to/work with people(especially women) with more respect and and intention. Misplacing parts to furniture then dismissing the owner when I find the correct parts, showing up four hours late to a move, leaving the property incompletely emptied out without telling me and without remorse/explanation, and speaking to me in a condescending tone throughout most of the move was unprofessional and incredibly inappropriate. Joseph, the owner is not a man of his word. We agreed on a price to swap two refrigerators. An old one and a new one. He came out and indicated that refrigerator doors had to be dismantled in order to fit through the stairs. He asked for more money and I agreed. Then an hour later he asked for more money because the work was taking longer than expected and he assured me he would complete the work that same day. He called and asked for payment since he was wrapping up. I paid him out of good faith the full amount not realizing he left one of the refrigerators dismantled. He did not complete what I paid for! That was two weeks ago. I have attempted numerous times to get him to return to finish the work and he is a NO SHOW every single time. My tenant needs the issue resolved and now he wants more money. He is a liar and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse he lost a few parts to my tenant's new refrigerator which she had to replace and pay for herself. Do Not Use This Company. You will regret it! I have all the texts to prove that he will just lead you on and not show up unless u keep paying more and more money. I will be reporting him to the BBB next. spoke to the owner about how all of my items were damaged upon arrival. Owner claims zero responsibility about how negligently the items were loaded. I asked why my items weren't wrapped my moving blankets/tied down like the pictures they had posted on their page ( they have taken picture down since ) and was given excuse after excuse about why they did not use the moving blankets and tie downs. When questioned about how poorly the trailer was loaded and the excess damage, the owners stated that the only "reasonable" explanation he could think of was that after they loaded the trailer, my driver unloaded everything and reloaded it maliciously, and then drove 26 hours straight ( the move is not even a 26 hour drive) recklessly in order to purposely damage all of my items.
