I wish I could give negative stars to this company. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and in this last year I have been inconvenienced and enraged by the lack of professionalism that I've received. From billing, to delivery, to customer service it is pitiful...just pitiful. I have so many stories but I'm honestly exhausted with telling and retelling them over the past 12 months-- I am on the phone with this company more that I am my friends because there is always an issue. And good luck trying to resolve the issue as their phone lines, website and app have been down for over 2 weeks! But somehow even with all their systems down they still charged me $80 for an order that was supposed to be complimentary for the 2 months that they missed my delivery (after rescheduling week after week). I've put in over a dozen requests for my branch manager to call me and haven't gotten NOT ONE phone call to straighten out the various issues I've noted with the customer service department (which they are also completely useless). I now get water from a family owned alkaline water company and I am so much happier and less stressed. If you are in the LA area go with ZUTRA WATER!!! Johnny is amazing!!! read more
