I'm SOO frustrated! Our cooler malfunctioned and unloaded 5 gallons of water all over our wood floors.. that was Oct 30! I called immediately to get another cooler scheduled- the lady said that it was past the time allotted and she couldn't get a next day delivery, but would request it. She assured me that they would call if they were able to bring the cooler on the 31st. No call, no show. (We have a camera on our door) They said they attempted and would reschedule for Monday between 8-5... ummm ok? So I took the day off (I have already purchased water from the grocery store at this point) even called at 7am to make sure they were coming... It's 2pm and NO ONE! So I called again only to find out they have RESCHEDULED ME AGAIN!!! No notice.... NO CALL! So frustrating!!! We are out of water with NO answers! They have lazy drivers. We live in a complex and they delivered my water on the driveway in front of our gate and in the way of our parking space. Other companies that have delivered water in the past deliver five extra feet and out inside our gate. This driver also didn't take our empty water bottles. Not sure since they merged with Primo, issues started to arrive again or what! My Family has a scheduled delivery for today 9/30/25. At noon, I called to check for our delivery since our bottles usually arrive in the morning. Customer service personnel checked and said the delivery still on route and estimated time is 2:00 so I waited. 5 pm came around and no delivery showed so I called customer service again. The Agent was Not helpful at all. She doesn't know what branch my house is contracted to and did not offer any solution. Instead she said to wait till 8pm. We waited and still no water. I wanted to update: they fixed the issues with delivery. I suggest if anyone experiences something similar to contact Customer service and speak with a supervisor. Currently: Recently they merged with Primo and many selections are either no longer offered or backordered. I am hoping to have this resolved soon. I like Sparkletts Spring or Mountain Valley Spring. They currently offer Arrowhead Spring for 5 gallon. I will give some time for things to settle. Overall a great value. I use Costco for the discount in the bottles. read more

I would give them NEGATIVE 1000 stars if I could! I had Sparkletts water delivery for 4 years with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately, I moved to a new city right in the middle of this awful merger with PRIMO BRANDS that I knew nothing about, and it has been shear HELL ever since, one-hour+ hold times trying to speak with a representative on the phone, only to get NOTHING accomplished. After speaking to a representative on 3 different occasions, they STILL are not able to connect my cell number to my account - the same cell number I've had since I started using their services. I was supposed to receive water on Monday, June 9th. They have postponed my delivery TWICE! I won't even get into the all of the BILLING ERRORS! I"VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 19 MINUTES AND COUNTING AS I'M TYPING THIS REVIEW!! This is by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had from any company! Absolutely shockingly bad customer service, the merger with Readyrefresh or Primo Brands has been a nightmare. So many mistakes and near impossible to reach anyone. Email support on their website claims a few business days is actually 13 days or longer. Phone support you wait for nearly an hour to get someone who cannot help you and has to "send a message to that internal team" who also never get back to you. Mistakes with delivery, almost no communication on changes or how to navigate these changes. When mistakes are made it is a major challenge to get resolved. I am still dealing with wrong delivery, wrong product, mistakes in billing going on 3 months now. They seem to have a monopoly in the area and even the costco water delivery is owned by them. I have had Sparkletts Water for 40 years with no problems , but Primo recently took over and now it's the worst ever. The last bill I got from them was in March and I paid it. After that no delivery's, no statements sent , no communication. Yesterday I received 2 letters from a collection agency saying I owe 300 dollars. Ever since the merger, ReadyRefresh has gone downhill fast. The customer service is awful--long wait times, unhelpful reps, and no follow-through on basic requests. It's nearly impossible to get a straight answer or resolution. What's worse is the billing--it's completely inaccurate. I have been a customer of Ready Refresh which has been bought up by Primo Brands. I would also give Primo Brands negative 1,000,000 stars if it were possible. My water cost has doubled from 2023, and now I can't get service. At all. I'm so beyond frustrated. I've called, e-mailed, and I've had no water deliveries since January, and I've been billed each month as though nothing has happened -- twice for water I never received! I've called 5 times just this month, and each time after a 45-minute wait time, I am assured by a very nice agent that I've been put on the delivery schedule in 2 days. Then, day of, I get an e-mail stating they couldn't make it and it's rescheduled. This has been going on since early May. They've even delivered to other suites in my building while they're telling me they can't get here during business hours! I called again yesterday and spoke to a manager. He says technically I'm being billed because I'm still in possession of the cooler. A cooler without water for 2 months! And they have the nerve to bill me for housing their equipment. Primo's resolution?? A $30 credit for the next three months (if I continue) after billing me $110. I canceled my service and they still say they can't pick up the equipment until July -- why? So they can bill another month, of course. If you can't service the customers then stop buying up all the good water delivery companies. Your merger woes shouldn't be our problem. We used Sparkletts for 10 years. They were recently bought by Primo Waters which is owned by Nestle which is one of the worst companies in the world when it comes to water delivery at a reasonable price. Our service went down the toilet once Primo took over. Incorrect deliveries, incorrect billings, threats of debt collection, and ridiculous customer service where you wait ten minutes to speak with someone from, you guessed it, New Delhi....We've now switched to Zutra Water and we pay about half the price that Primo was charging....if there was an emoji grid here, you would be seeing a large middle finger to Primo Waters...good riddance...you want good water at a reasonable price...try Zutra...they are great...friendly, efficient, honest, and reliable read more

Already off to a bad start. I signed up for service at Costco with someone named Glenn in Montclair. I requested for delivery to be done on Monday or Wednesday and I am seeing now that they have me down for Tuesday. Calling the customer service line leads to waits of over an hour to get no resolution. They charge you but it is impossible to get refunds due. Customer agents likely not based in Unite States. Horrible customer service!! you'll wait on their phone line for over 40 minutes to talk to somebody and then they'll promise that they'll bring a new water cooler out to replace your broken one and miss three different appointments. Primo Water, I've had them for a few years now and haven't had my reverse osmosis filters changed. The filters are months over due and my last three months have been all different billing prices some have been doubled. I've tried getting a hold of them since February and can't get anyone to pick up, their customer service is terrible. DO NOT start an account with this company, I actually got a call back and they lied to me saying there would be a technician in the next day. I've spent hours on hold trying to to get an agent but no one picks up. I'm ready to cancel and my next complaint is with the BBB. All my neighbors are going through the same, as a matter of fact I helped them cancel their subscription they were so fed up. I called their competitor to see if they would pick up and in seconds I was speaking to a representative wanting to start a subscription with a crazy discount. I guess I'm not the only one with the same issues. Since since the merger, I also have been unable to contact anybody with this company. Multiple emails have been ignored. If you try calling them, you'll have at least an hour wait and if you're a Costco member like I am, they'll switch you over and put you on hold for another hour. They changed my delivery date without notifying me so now I have 10 empty bottles on my porch. I have a very simple request For them to pick up the empty bottles, but I'm unable to contact anybody. Prima Water customer service is really bad and I do not know how Costco is supporting this company. I understand that there is a merger going on, but if you systems are unable to sustain great customer service for their customers, you should either prorate our bills or maybe look into other options that don't affect your customers as much. It's very obvious by looking at these reviews here that Primo Water first priority is in collecting your money and at the very bottom of their list is helping their customers out with any problems they may have. I am at the end of my rope with this company! Two weeks ago my delivery was not delivered but I was billed! After a week of trying to contact this company (on hold for 3 hours) My elderly neighbor asked me if I had a water delivery service because someone had delivered water to her front porch! I had to pay a neighbor's teenager to bring them to my house! Today I waited out on my porch for my delivery to make sure I received it and not my neighbor! The driver was very rude and when I complained about not being able to get through to customer service he replied, "no one can!" Update: It took Sparkletts 10 months to deliver on the day they were assigned to deliver. It will be nice not having to call them today (Friday's are my assigned delivery), and again on Monday (the day they say will make up Friday's missed delivery), to get them to deliver the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That being said, they still have an aversion to delivering to my front door and insist on blocking the steps. If you have Autopay set up you're DEFINITELY getting robbed. All prices have increased and they do it quietly on the invoice with no notification to you. The most complicated billing process there is. That's on purpose so you can't figure out how you're being robbed and over charged. If you have literally any other option, use it. read more

The delivery service is so bad I don't even know where to start. They promise bottles delivered to your front door but they deliver my bottles on the street not even close to my house. On top of that they do not collect the bottles we used because they never make it to my house. I have gone through this for three deliveries after talking with Sparkletts and they promising me things will change. It never does so I'm dropping the account. We also wanted Sparkletts water and they only give us Primo water. I asked why they will not give us the Sparkletts water and they say that is all that is left on the truck so that is what you get.
