I had to come on here and leave a review. My internet had been dropping for a few days so we asked to see a tech. Today they sent out a tech to my house and when I got home from work this is how he left all of my super expensive computer outlets/speaker wires completely hanging... he didn't even connect my outlets properly just enough so he could make the modem work. This is highly unprofessional and could have damaged my electronics. If anything starts acting up I'll be sure to know who to blame. read more
