I've had their Internet Cable for over 6months and within that time I've lost my internet attest once a wk for no cause. When I call customer service not only are they not Helpful but they at one point sold my home phone service I told them I didn't want! Another time I asked to have my cable to be removed for over 3 months well its still on but they won't give me credits for there mistakes they took this lady who had a baby before 4 other ppl that were waiting , not right !! read more
