I took my comforter to Spin Cleaners on September 11, 2020 because they were running a special for $15 comforter cleaning that month. I had never used this cleaners before but wanted to take advantage of their offer. When I picked up my comforter on September 19th it was completely destroyed. They must have used the wrong setting on their dryer system because the comforter was drawn up like a prune. My comforter is only 2 months old which was purchased from Macy's for over $200!!! I returned to the store and discussed my issues with the sales associate Sheree and she provided me with terrible customer service. Sheree never apologizes for the issue with the comforter and said that her manager Dan would have to look at it. I asked to speak with Dan and she informed me that he was a different store and that I would have to leave the comforter with her. I waited over 2 days for Dan to return my call and he advised me that the didn't do anything different than what they normally do. I explained to Dan that the comforter is so drawn up that it no longer fits a queen size bed. Again Dan didn't take in action in resolving my issue and then told me that their policy is that they will only pay $25 for reimbursement for my comforter. After this DEBACLE I would warn everyone not to use this cleaners!!! They are vey unprofessional, lack integrity and are incompetent. Any quality cleaners would stand behind their work and try to resolve the customer's complaint. I have requested to speak with the owner Scott and I still have heard back from anyone. read more
