The nicest people work at Spring Mill Bakery. I was picking up subs around the corner and I called to see if they had my favorite gingerbread cookies? The young man who answered the phone said they had a few left. I asked if he would put 2 cookies away for me and I gave him my name. What a nice thing to do! Plus, there is a new cookie that I love. The oatmeal raisin cookie is soft, flavorful, and tastes amazing. You definitely have to try that one too. Spring Mill Bread's also has delicious breads. I loved their challah bread. It is tender and tasty. I am looking forward to trying their apple-cinnamon bread. Yum! This is a cute little shop. There are no tables for seating.
