Clean, quiet environment with music playing but not absurdly loud. Only 1 other person dining when I ordered around 4:30 in afternoon on a Monday. The staff was very patient and even accommodating as I asked the one staff member to change her gloves prior to prepping my food (she had been handling wires etc before she walked over to start fixing the food). In any case, it was an okay experience. I did want to try them for awhile. I think the food could use a bit more flavor, maybe a lemon vinaigrette although hummus was applied. read more
