Restaurant near Big Ben offering kid and adult friendly "English" (American) fare. All-season dining passes welcome here. Just know everything is made/cooked to order; this helps food to be served fresh but increases your wait time even without anyone in line ahead of you. Our recent experiences here (2 visits in 1 day) were positively bolstered by Brenda, the sweetest, friendliest cashier. While waiting for me to pull up 6 dining passes, she kindly fetched napkins, forks and ketchup for us.
When ordering, you can substitute grapes or cantaloupe in place of your side of fries. Our kids liked the fish n chips (3.5/5) and burger entrees (4/5) best. For theme-park food options, the bites I sampled were good,. My Philly cheesesteak was a 3/5; bun was fresh with generous portion of meat/pepper combo but it was VERY SALTY. Btw, cheese is premixed into the meat. My wife's (albino) turkey burger was a 2/5 (at best). Even after adding mustard (multiple times), I could tell she was trying to work up the courage when attempting each regretful bite. SKIP IT, you'll thank me.
Black Forrest dessert cake (3/5) was sweet and moist but didn't blow us away. read more
