My first time here , test results not explained by physician I was told if there was a problem he woukd I said so , strike one . My eyeglass conveniently break just after the thirty day replacement to which I am told I would need to pay 20% of the cost to replace . I said I would not pay twenty percent or any percent on another crappy frame that breaks after the replacement warranty is up . Then the little young bitches just dismiss you and send you to the next person . She says the same thing and don't even offer a refund I have to tell them I want a refund . Strike two . Strike three , one month ago my daughter needs replacement lenses she called two weeks ago to see if her frame was ready and was told yes by the ever so competent customer service rep to show up a week later and find out that they aren't ready cause
The machine is down . And blame her being told they were ready due to an accidental text that went out earlier this past week ... problem is she called last month strike three . Stay away from this place
There is a reason they are cheap.
