this starbucks experience just reminded me why I totally enjoy local coffee shops so much more. The barista was so rude, made my drink completely wrong. I went order a vanilla cream cold brew, with lav cold foam, light ice. I went to grab my order and noticed there wasn't any cold foam, I asked her was there cold foam and she was like no and ask the barista to fix my drink and get my pup cup. The guy with frown on his face poured out half my drink and loaded it was cold foam. The drink comes w a SPLASH of sweet cream, btw. it looks like a whole latte with HALF of it the cold foam. Local companies just have an appreciation for making coffees and customer satisfaction while THIS starbucks in particular is running like a factory and there's no quality control over individuals drinks. I wasted my money, if I could take it back I would have and I've been to this Starbucks multiple times, I'd prefer there typical long wait with a perfect drink than a drink made in three minutes, but completely wrong and no care in the world from the barista. read more
