I really have no idea why you'd give this place anything other than 5 stars! Sure the (signature) drinks are a $8 bucks instead of the $7 at Starbucks but they're unique and more importantly you're getting access to an amazingly decorated place to sit, chill, work for a few hours, get dinner/dessert, watch Rick and Morty, play free ping pong/pool, enjoy some free music and/or enjoy a free show, oh sorry I'm rambling. As far as service, some thoughts... sometimes you have a bad experience with someone, sometimes the interaction is weird, sometimes things are slow... but you know what, that's a human you are interacting with who's navigating the same situation and in this case you can actually affect some of how that happens or tends to be. I'm talking about doing something low key or something that might help encourage a better interaction indirectly. Anyway, rambling again... This place is a hidden gem, period. read more
