For Christmas, I booked a class for my kids to take a French macaron-baking class with Steph's Macarons. I was very impressed that they did such a great job and that the macarons came out well. The flavors they picked were: s'mores, pistachio, and creme brulee. Steph was such a great instructor -- very knowledgeable, down-to-earth, patient, and encouraging.
