I love Xi'an Famous Foods in NYC, and I was hoping for a similar meal at Stretched. It did not disappoint! The noodles were plentiful and a perfect chewy (in a good way) texture. The Chili Oil Biang Biang with cumin beef was an amazing flavor explosion with a great balance of noodles, beef, and bok choy. The tomato egg helped balance out the heat/spiciness of the noodle dish. The service was super friendly too!
Pro Tip: Everyone at our house agreed that the Chili Oil Biang Biang was very spicy/hot. If you're looking for a less spicy experience, request it. For comparison if you've been to Xi'an Famous Foods in NYC, I usually order the "regular" spice level. The Chili Oil Biang Biang at Stretched is considerably hotter/spicier, but with the same delicious flavors. You should definitely try it! read more
