So I feel bad for having to do this, but the stylist was very rude and unapologetic after doing an awful job on me. The screenshot pics are what I asked for. Then the next pics are what I got. It was absolutely butchered. It was so poofy, and no where near the length I asked. It was like she gave me a super short bob and shaved some of it underneath. After texting her I was super unhappy and asking her to change it and that I was in tears this was her response. I asked for a shorter cut because the old one was literally not fixable. & then she blamed my four year old son for being there as the reason she did me so dirty. When in fact he was fine until the very very end and had one bout of crying because another stylist, who I think might be the owner, spoke to him in a rude way when she asked him to get off the door handle (my hair was in my face I couldn't see he got up and was hanging on it)so he hide behind the blinds and the were really touchy so they retracted. She then spoke to him rudely again, then turned to me as I was Trying to talk to him and said in a rude tone "can you get him and make him sit on your lap." Which I was already in the process and she just Embarrassed him and myself and made him cry. He's a kid. He turns four this week. It takes a minute to talk to him. I was told the salon was kid friendly before I brought him, and now I'm being told it's my fault for bringing him, after that embarrassment. I ended up finding a stylist in town who came in on her day off and fixed it for free 30min after I called her at 5:45pm at night. She said she knew the stylist and was baffled she had been the one to cut it because her work is really good, and this was so bad. She shaved a bottom layer, and one side is shaved up higher than the other, amongst other things you can see. She said she must have had a rushed day. & that's definitely the case. Her next customer walked in halfway into my cut, and I still took 30mins minutes. I just don't appreciate the attitude and the inability or unwillingness to help a customer who paid you $45 when they express they are in tears over something you did. I've never been so let down and disappointed in a stylist. Especially their reaction to being told I'm unhappy. I'm really sad I had to get it cut so short in order to save it. I'm serving twiggy vibes now which is not what I originally wanted. But it will work because there was nothing else the other stylist I found could do to fix it. read more
