The shop is nasty and when I asked for a shampoo before cut, Delaney seemed annoyed, then lead me to a filthy sink that was clogged as she washed my hair in the soup of other client's hair. Disgusting. Then Delaney plopped a hand towel on my head and directed me back to her chair, where she proceeded to part my hair obscurely (without consult) and trim my blunt cut bob, using shears that were as sharp as butter knives.
