If I could give a zero, that's what it would be. We went to this subway last Tuesday (one week ago) First, the sandwiches were made with very little toppings. (See pictures) The customer service is awful. I tried to reach out with their feedback email and haven't heard anything from them. I even sent a follow up. I tried to call but the employee working said he was just a worker and no manager or owner was there but that employee, on the phone, said he would call me when the manager returned. Never received a call. This is not the first time this has occurred at this specific location. We will never return and we are better off going to the one in Perry Hall off Belair Road. If I were you, take your money to another Subway or even Jimmy John's or Pot Belly's where they don't skimp on regular amounts of toppings. Honestly, we would prefer to go to those establishments. read more
