I will not contact customer service as I'm sure there is nothing more they can do for me. Already spoke to the district manager who claimed all he could do for me is give me a free oil change if I'll give them another chance. No thanks. I had to spend $260 on glass that would not have broken had I not taken it to Sun Devil, as well as have my vacation delayed, and he thinks a $70 oil change is a reasonable exchange? What a joke. Your company is a joke. The district manager was just as rude as the workers. They all handled this so much poorly than I could have ever imagined. Sad. read more
