I went to have my AC fixed in my car and asked for an oil change. When I got there I was told that sounds like $350 worth of work. When I got the quote it was $2,100. I'm not disputing that they found other items wrong. What I am disputing is one item they indicated is $189 to diagnose my check engine light. I specifically asked them to fill my tires as the tire gauge light was on. Person on phone said yes, that was an error, check engine wasn't on and agreed it was just the tire pressure gauge. I just got in my car after paying for the AC to get fixed (it is) but the tire gauge is still on and the oil sticker is from the previous Jiffy Lube stop. I would be pretty certain if they rotated my tires they would have filled the tires and 100% sure they would have changed the sticker. Now I don't have any clue if they did what I paid for! Really not impressed with this location. read more
