On 9/29/23 I got brakes done at sundevil auto #1216- 5104 Ray rd. At pick up, they let me pay $3k and let me walk to truck only to discover pneumatic tool marks gouged down to the shiny sheet metal. Had to make manager go out and examine and then he suggested a homeless person made pneumatic tool gouges to body and paint. Manager accepted responsibility after being confronted and offered to pay but put it on me to find the body shop, get the estimate and would not pay for a rental car during the body work repair. Manager even stated that an inspection was performed! The pictures don't lie. I'm a veterinarian, this is my work truck and now I'm filing an insurance claim with my own insurance! Also had to dispute the charges with my bank due to property damage to my business. And a police report. Accidents happen, if sundevil auto would have been up front about it, this could have been resolved amicably. read more
