7/31/2014 So I am disappointed to say that Sun Realty did not do anything to make the situation better. I sent numerous emails, even to the president of the Company had no response. I am assuming from one of the contacts with the company of "what do you want me to do" and I replied restitution- tha t is not happening. I have sent pictures and receipts. We offered for them to come on more then one call to inspect the home as we wanted to show them proof, however the refused. I will also be trying to up load pictures of the unkept rental unit. 8/3/14- see all photos that were updated . The company stated it would refund $200 covering the early arrival fee and pet fee.. When I requested to have cover the other expenses; not only does it appear they are not covering those, but it appears they are no longer refunding the $200. very poor business practice. read more
