We arrived last night and were extremely disappointed! First the house is filthy to the point I couldn't let my baby on the floor to crawl and we all had to wear shoes because the floors are loaded with dust and sand. We later found out that the lady hadn't been here to clean so we're here with kids in someone else's filth. Secondly the pictures do NOT depict the actual conditions. There is mold on all the ac units, globs of dust hanging off the ceiling fans, worn down linoleum ,rust laden refrigerators, the filters are out of the ac units filled with dust sitting on the hearth, windows so dirty you can't even see thru them. This place is run down and depressing! I'm shocked you guys would represent such a property. We've stayed at your places several times with no trouble but this is a huge disappointment. read more
