Patrick S, I have been dealing with Kit Morales from customer service since October 2024 and have sent every invoice and paper trail that has been requested. This is an open case CASE # 19323476 Mary Maloy 301 E Sweetbriar Rd Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 I have even sent a picture of the paint can used for the repair, the contractors website, paid invoice, etc etc. My contractor has contacted Kit directly and still no resolve. I also have supplied your company with the realtor that referred me to the contractor who was hired to fix the issue. It is a disgrace!
