I have eaten brunch at SwitcHouse on several occasions and enjoyed the great food and ambiance so I chose this as my 50th birthday location. My Mom called and spoke with the manager, Arlene, as she wanted to have some appetizers for my party before everyone ordered. When Arlene heard it was a group she recommended appetizer trays which had wings, pork ribs, brisket sliders, loaded potatoes and pickled peppers. I wish I would have taken a pic! They looked and tasted amazing so it was a good recommendation. We also ordered the Conductor's queso and if you're a cheese lover you need to try it out. The consistency along with the smoky brisket is great. I've had the Railcar Egg Benedict several times (a solid choice and I love that it's on a Texas sized muffin) so I changed it up to the Shrimp and Grits. I was a little hesitant with the cherry tomatoes at first but the combination of blackened shrimp and creamy grits all came together nicely. Our waitress was attentive and the entire party had a great time. read more
