I called many times and was unable to make it in and had an opening and made it there with a 15 minute notice. They fit my vehicle in. I had three estimates and here they actually opened the hood of the vehicle. We had hit a deer and the hood wouldn't open and the other places did not bother and said prelim estimate. Here they did the full estimate and inspection and let me able to move forward with the insurance. They didn't push to schedule repairs and the gentleman actually took time to point out to me saying look here and here with the flash light to briefly explain things to me and did not assume as a female I was not worth explaining things to. As many shops assume I would not be able to understand and so they just say it's complicated. Heard him speak to my father in law and spoke the same. To be treated equal was truly nice and made me think there are those mechanic shops out there that are honest and not biased nor trying to pull some funny business like charging 350% up charge on a parts. read more
