3 days road trip to visit Relatives on the Westcoast is nothing worse than having a vehicle problem. Flat tire on the trailer on the 1st day and 2nd day engine light came on. We were on I80 just passed through late afternoon when engine light came on, 15 miles out of town we turn around and my wife contacted them. They said bring it in and we can check it out for you. They diagnose our truck and told us that they couldn't work on it until the following week, but if we can't wait we would still can drive our truck and in a slower drive. He assured us that we would be able to make it to our destination if we take easy on the truck and we did. They didn't charge us for anything and told us have a safe trip. While they were getting body work done that the insurance "preferred" shop said was unnecessary, I asked them to replace the battery in my Subaru. To my surprise, they called and said it really only needed a good charge and would probably last a couple more years . My F-150 mysteriously refused to start and I had it towed to them. They did diagnostics and found a really expensive fix, then found online that many people had the same issue and it came down to an inexpensive fuse that went bad. Six months later, it still runs like a top for $50 instead of the $1,500 they could have charged. I've recommended them to several friends and family members and heard the same type of stories from them. They are a decent bunch of folks who live up to the Golden Rule. read more

I called many times and was unable to make it in and had an opening and made it there with a 15 minute notice. They fit my vehicle in. I had three estimates and here they actually opened the hood of the vehicle. We had hit a deer and the hood wouldn't open and the other places did not bother and said prelim estimate. Here they did the full estimate and inspection and let me able to move forward with the insurance. They didn't push to schedule repairs and the gentleman actually took time to point out to me saying look here and here with the flash light to briefly explain things to me and did not assume as a female I was not worth explaining things to. As many shops assume I would not be able to understand and so they just say it's complicated. Heard him speak to my father in law and spoke the same. To be treated equal was truly nice and made me think there are those mechanic shops out there that are honest and not biased nor trying to pull some funny business like charging 350% up charge on a parts. read more

I hit a tire that was in the middle of the road on the highway and it completely messed up my front bumper. The following Monday, I took my car in for am estimate, which he did that day. He also took some wire and tied up the loose parts on my bumper so that it wouldn't hang down anymore. He ordered the parts for me and painted them ahead of time so when I brought my car in to be fixed, I only had to leave it there that day. I was very impressed by the customer service, the reasonable pricing and the quality of work. I would definitely come here again. read more

Terrible outfit that does not know how to repair a vehicle. I had mine in to have the breaks worked on and after having my vehicle back for less then 3 hours my brakes failed and I was almost in an accident. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! read more

Charged for parts and then said they couldn't fix engine and then argued with us when we questioned it. Didn't even offer the smallest of discounts. Will never even consider them again and will warn others against it. Every other mechanic or garage we talked to after the fact said they would never do that. Labor, yes, no problems. $400 useless part, never. read more

Came in half way through a cross country trip and was more then pleased. I explained my issues and they helped my immediately. They took time evaluating my car and even spoke with my dad to explain the problems (I was making the trip solo). They gave me a very reasonable quote, but also told me I could probably make it home without the repairs. I ended up not getting my car repairs eager to get on the road. My water pump started leaking in the middle of nowhere WY. I limped to Cheyenne and called many repair shops but all were busy or couldn't find the part. I had given up for the day but called T and T at about 4 in the afternoon. They called me right back after a new water pump was found and had me come in. I brought my vehicle in to repair hail damage. The vehicle is a lease that I have to turn in and pay damages for. I knew everything that was wrong with it. They never called when the vehicle was ready, didn't meet their time line and even told me it'll be tomorrow....3 days later it was ready. The hail damage was repaired very well. After getting home and being in the car again, we realized the headliner was reinstalled incorrectly from when they replaced the roof and had to remove it. I called and they said no problem. Brought the car back and while showing the guy, noticed 3 puncture marks and a scratch in the rear interior on the headliner. He went to get his boss to look at it. As soon as he looks he said we didn't do it and aren't fixing it, and this man was rude. He told me, "my man is 56 years old and has never lied to me." I said then you're calling me a liar, he quickly back tracked. I called my insurance company, and they said my only recourse for the repair was to file a vandalism claim. Bottom line is they caused damage and refused to correct their mistake. read more
