I called before coming in today about a promo they were having on a mobile internet plan for a hotspot.I was told that if I paid with autopay I would get extra $5 discounts and that I can even get the unit for free after rebates. Too good to be true,so I went there to avail of the said plan but got denied of it.The guy I talked to even said he never spoke to me about the misinformation. However ,I got his name over the phone so I knew it was him I spoke to. That being said,I think I'll probably switch to another network which I believe will not give me false info just to make them come down to the store and waste their time. read more
