Outstanding! So pleased. After eating lobster daily for a week I needed a steak (and lobster)! Table Salt did not disappoint. We started with the wedge salad which had plenty of sizeable blue cheese chunks. A great choice. The main course was the boneless ribeye and add the lobster. Steak was cooked perfectly with a great sear. I was not expecting it to be so well cooked and flavorful for a seafood mecca like Maine. Thank you for also shelling my lobster. I appreciated that. Perfect cook on the lobster and the mashed potatoes and horseradish sauce were great pairings. Finished with a piece of coffee cake like cheese cake with blueberry compote and lime glaze. Fantastic.
