Where do I start....we parked, walked up to the building and the side door didn't work. Says please use other doors. Ok, walked around...lobby looks decent except the shattered window on the drive-thru side of the building. Co-worker and I did a mobile order about 10 minutes before we got there and then waited another 10 in the lobby for our food. I went to the mens restroom and the urinal has apparently been ripped out... So there's only 1 commode. Tried washing my hands, the soap dispenser didn't work. Finally got my food and it was correct, but I ordered a cantina bowl and got no fork, no napkins, and none of the sauce I requested. All little things, but they add up. This place is on the decline. Workers seemed nice, probably because they weren't busy.. Lol read more
