Food was fine but the wait time and the employees attitudes are horrible. They have the poor girl at the drive-thru doing everything. The girl at the front counter was rude and dismissive to us, told us to wait for the girl at the drive-thru to help us inside, but was a completely different (kind and helpful) person to the man who came in after us. Also, not the employees fault but the entrance to the Taco Bell parking lot is very odd. read more

New management and it really shows! Very happy to see how engaged the staff was when last visited this restaurant and was very satisfied with the service level that I experienced. Love the interaction with the Manager at the window and you certainly can sense the change in the way the crew go about business now. Where do I start....we parked, walked up to the building and the side door didn't work. Says please use other doors. Ok, walked around...lobby looks decent except the shattered window on the drive-thru side of the building. Co-worker and I did a mobile order about 10 minutes before we got there and then waited another 10 in the lobby for our food. I went to the mens restroom and the urinal has apparently been ripped out... So there's only 1 commode. Tried washing my hands, the soap dispenser didn't work. Finally got my food and it was correct, but I ordered a cantina bowl and got no fork, no napkins, and none of the sauce I requested. All little things, but they add up. This place is on the decline. We just visited Taco Bell drive thru. $35 later, we got basically nothing. The four chicken quesadillas combined didn't have a half cup of filling. We ordered two orders of nacho fries and there wasn't a half handful of fries total. This is getting RIDICULOUS. Taco Bell was once known for being a great value for what you got... that is not the case at this Grenada, Mississippi location. Notes for the photos: Over half of the tortilla was totally void of filling (see the other picture for further verification) and this "quarter" only got a little dash of chipotle sauce and literally two shreds of cheese. If all this has happened in a very quick service situation, I could have at least said they were just hurrying.... But no no no... we sat at the microphone for 5 minutes waiting to give our order, had to give it three times, then they wanted us to stop "behind the black post" so we didn't trigger their order timer. THEN we couldn't even get the courtesy of getting a receipt. Just avoid the hassle, go eat at Zaxby's next door - AGAIN. That's what I'll do. read more

Less than 0 if possible. My family and I have been traveling for over 10h stopped at a hotel and came to this Taco Bell for food. All I ordered was a supreme soft taco, supreme crunchy wrap, bacon club chalupa and a steak chalupa. Simple right? Nothing extra ... my supreme crunchy wrap tasted disgusting like old burnt taste and all it was just beef and cheese. No lettuce, tomatoes or sour cream. Same for the supreme taco. The bacon club chalupa was missing the bacon. Waste of money. No wonder this place was empty. Should have stuck with Wendy's they sure had a line out the parking lot. Update review for the start of 2023. This location has gotten a bit better than it used to be. However, the change of staff is what was the best thing they got going. They're a little faster & more professional. They still get the sauce wrong no matter how many times they ask & no matter how many times you tell them, they just grab whatever sauce they want & toss it into the bag. They ask at the drive thru menu, they ask at the window, once you pay, they ask again, & then walah, incorrect sauce in the bag. This issue needs to be addressed. read more

Okay so don't get me wrong, my boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE Taco Bell. Every other location we have gone to has been wonderful, but now for the reason I am giving this Taco Bell one star. For starters, I do not recommend Grenada's Taco Bell at all!!! The service is so slow, like legit soooo slow! When you finally get your food, it's messed up or soggy. Just drove off from this location. The young lady running the drive thru could use some lessons in manners 101. Apparently they are out off nearly all the drinks, when my husband asked if she could just credit his drink from the combo she said no we can't do that, he said fine he'd take the empty cup and come inside to fix his own. We get up to the window to a $19 order (1 #6 combo and 3 1.19 items) she had charged him individually for his items since he wanted to come inside to fix his own drink? WTH so he wanted to maybe see if something was available on the other Side of the counter that he liked and she had to charge him for this option? I can't do rude. And if nearly every drink option is out then maybe someone needs to replace some drinks, just my opinion. We got our money back, gave the food back and drove next door. I am in disbelief at how awful this Taco Bell was. If I could give 0 stars I would. This Taco Bell urgently needs new management, it needs to hire, or it needs to be shut down! We ordered or food on a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving on location. We are on a 10hr road trip with a toddler who is quite picky and quiet hungry. This was suppose to be a "FAST" food stop. IT WAS NOT! When we pulled up and waited in line for 10 minutes. We were told it would be about 10 minutes until we had our food. That was annoying enough but we waited. The food never came. My husband awalked inside to ask about it. They said they'd have it out soon. Well 45 minutes later we FINALLY got our food and I was in shock. 1) Food was cold. 2) Food was missing. 3) Food was burned. 4) Our waters were YELLOW. I want back inside to discuss this and at least get our missing food. It took another 20 minutes to get the food we were missing and they said they if we wanted to get the other food replaced we'd have to wait... wait MORE! Forget that! We left and I'm livid! Mind you we still had a hungry and upset toddler in the car and we needed to use the bathroom. I expect something to be done! read more

Also, you can only order at a kiosk which is very inconvenient for people who have problems with technology or are handicapped because you can't reach the kiosk. I'd give a 0 if it was an option! DO NOT STOP at this Taco Bell in Grenada! I came through this town, looking for the healthiest option of finding something on the road, while pulling a boat and trailer behind my truck. I walked to the door to order and was instructed to go through the drive through by an employee behind the locked Taco Bell door. Ok....pulling a long boat isn't easy going into a drive through but I get in line. I had about 6 cars in front of me so I wait and finally get to the order sign. I wait...and wait. No response from the order taker to wait or that they'd be with me in a moment...just silence. ALL of the remaining cars in front of me had ordered and gotten their food and LEFT. How long is that? 5 minutes per car? I start talking to the sign, hello, hello... and still no response. Thinking that while pulling my trailer and being a good distance away from the sign to make the turn...maybe I didn't active the notice that a vehicle was in the drive-through? So, I drive up to the window. ME to the employee - Hey, I didn't have anyone get to me for an order. I think my trailer wouldn't allow me to notify you that I was in line? Employee - YOU DIDN"T GIVE ME TIME - almost shouting like it was my fault! Me- Wait, there were 8 or more cars in front of me and all got their orders and left so how did I not give you time? Another Employee walks up - YOU have to go back through the line and place your order. We don't take orders at the window! Me- Wait! You haven't taken the order for the vehicle behind me so why does it matter if I am 20 back to tell you my order? Why can't you just take my order and keep me from wasting MORE time for something that wasn't my fault that you didn't communicate while I was sitting at the order sign?!!! Employee - WE DON"T TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW and they shut the window and walked off! Not only was I NOT going to wait for over an hour for Taco Bell but I be damned if I ever give a business my money from such stupidity and disrespect!!! I left extremely pissed! I realize that Taco Bell is not the most ideal place to work but employees should at least try to out pace a walrus. My wife and I stopped here for a quick breakfast. We walk in and immediately are hit with a wall of stench. Then after waiting in line behind one family for 30 minutes as the employee lacklusterly pecked on the screen at a frozen molasses pace. We finally were able to order. I asked her what was in a particular item she looks at the picture on the wall behind her and describes what she sees. Wow that was helpful! I try to be extra nice because I know working with the public can be stressful but I was yelled at because they were out of almost everything... like it was my fault all while I was trying to be understanding and figure out what I could actually order. After I sat down and waited for my food the guy after me gets his food which I thought was odd. Well apparently the had a problem with their system bumping food orders that day and I got bumped for some reason. Only giving one star because I can't give zero stars. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever seen in my life and I've been all over the damn country. There managers have zero customer service and one in particular a Nakeida S. Likes to argue over the phone. I didn't receive my entire order. I know my fault for not checking before I left but that's besides the point. I called because there was an item missing. I heard in the background a worker arguing she put it in there she put it in there. Clearly you didn't otherwise I wouldn't have called to begin with. During this phone call she states that the problem isn't the fact that the food is missing it's the fact she wouldn't take the original debit card I handed her. she charged my partners card but because I didn't have his ID and he wasn't with me she said she couldn't use it, after she already swiped it through the machine. I then have her my debit card with my ID. She charged my account and I asked for receipts from my partners card of the original purchase and the refund. She's throws a bunch of receipts at me. Clearly she isn't competent enough to handle a simple task. Please stay away from here. I'm in contact with corporate because of her actions and the way she handled herself. This is probably why Taco Bell seems to have a revolving door when it comes to staff. read more
