Before starting my day buying minerals I needed some breakfast. I arrived at Taco Mio at 9 am, when they open. A young lady opened up the door and let me in. Looking over the menu I decided on a machaca and egg burrito. I asked for beans to be added, because it came with potatoes and I did not want potatoes. She asked if I wanted some salsa and I said yes. My order did not take long, about 10 minutes and I got it to go. My dog was in my vehicle so that's why I got it to go. When I pulled back the paper wrap I was surprised to find that the flour tortilla was orange but that sure did not take away from the burritos flavor. The meat, eggs, beans, cheese and that hot sauce was absolutely great. One of the best machaca burritos I have eaten. The total cost of my burrito was $13.91 and well worth it. read more
