My husband stopped by this Taco Time on his way home from work to grab a quick dinner for the family. I got a veggie burrito because I'm vegetarian. When he arrived home and I opened the wrapped, right on top and center was a spot of MOLD on the tortilla. I didn't want to go back so I thought I'd just wrap the filling in a tortilla I had at home. Well, there were bits of meat inside the burrito!! I called and the person on the phone said they would personally ensure a new one was properly made. I drive back over there and the person I spoke to on the phone was no where to be seen and the usual food assembly guy just made a new one. No apology, no offering of free mexi fries, NOTHING. They consistently have poor quality, mess up our order and I will never go back to this location. Their quality control stinks and I their food isn't fresh. read more
