I don't know what has happened to this location but things are not the sam. within the last 6 months the centerville store has gone downhil. the food isn't the same, the employees aren't as helpful or friendly. I won't be going back anytime soo. read more

I was also a customer at the restaurant last night, the evening customer Michael H stormed into the restaurant on 10/3. Michael was a very angry customer and was verbally attacking the employees from the second he ripped open the back door. I heard Michael's complaint as he was yelling at the employees there. Michael ordered Door Dash, as Taco Time to my knowledge does not deliver. Michael should have taken his complaint to door dash first. Instead he chose to come in and verbally attack the employees. After he made his complaint, they said I'll make your tacos. He stepped back a few minutes and said "make my tacos. Do it now." They had already started making them by this point. They made his tacos and after he received his bag of 6 tacos, he continued on yelling at the employees with his taco bag in hand. He asked for corporate's number and the long haired employee that he was speaking of told him he didn't know the number. Finally Michael stormed out and yelled "I'm calling corporate and you're losing your job." I wanted to let Taco Time and their employees on duty tonight that my food was fantastic. It was made to order, it was fresh and was delivered to my table quickly. They were helpful and accommodating to our needs. The restaurant was clean and organized. The employees were friendly. They should not have to put up with jerks like Michael H was tonight. read more

Don't go after 7pm. Even though the posted hours say open until 9pm, you'll get eye rolls and " side eyes " for daring to walk on their pre-close floor mopping and hard stares from behind thee counter (for just being there?) 2 HOURS before they close. I placed a delivery order this evening, for 9 tacos 3 small mexi fries, a super soft taco and an apple empanada. The order was delivered and 6 tacos were missing. I called the store 3 times and nobody answered the phone. I had to drive to the store to have it fixed, and expressed my complaint their excuse was that they were busy, and were mopping the floors, which is unacceptable. The guy with long hair starts yelling at me and telling me I have an attitude, and that the floors were more important than serving their customers. He never even greeted me when I came in, nor did he ask how he could help in a respectful manner. He just walked up and stared at me. I asked for the corporate office number and he refused to give it to me. When I pay extra money for delivery, and I get this kind of service, you wouldn't be happy either. Just writing a review about the awesome customer service I've experience several times at this taco time location but specifically tonight, we were ordering pretty close to closing which is so annoying if us and they were so nice and helpful even though I'm sure they wished we weren't there. My husband stopped by this Taco Time on his way home from work to grab a quick dinner for the family. I got a veggie burrito because I'm vegetarian. When he arrived home and I opened the wrapped, right on top and center was a spot of MOLD on the tortilla. I didn't want to go back so I thought I'd just wrap the filling in a tortilla I had at home. Well, there were bits of meat inside the burrito!! I called and the person on the phone said they would personally ensure a new one was properly made. I drive back over there and the person I spoke to on the phone was no where to be seen and the usual food assembly guy just made a new one. No apology, no offering of free mexi fries, NOTHING. They consistently have poor quality, mess up our order and I will never go back to this location. Their quality control stinks and I their food isn't fresh. read more

This place used to be not so great, I'm not sure if it's new management or what but it's now my fave taco time to go to. They are super friendly and nice about my weird custom orders (I am vegan and my mom has hashimotos.) they always go out of their way to make me feel important and appreciated. Horrible customer service!!! Wanted to argue with me over .50 cents. Almost every time I order a Crispy Meat burrito... I get home and it's bean. Well this time I asked them to charge me for a bean and give me a meat burrito.... They REFUSED! Losing a customer over .50 cents! My family spends well over $25 every time we eat at this location, probably 1 time per week. When I asked for a corporate phone number the "Supervisor told me the look it up on their website.... This is by far the worst Taco Time in All of Davis County. The staff is very slow and the food is mediocre at best. Every visit, I swear they make the soft taco smaller and smaller. They don't even pay attention to the order. The mexi fries are cold and greasy. Very poor place to eat. read more

The food was just disgusting. 2 tacos which 1 was wet so the shell wasn't eatable. 1 chicken soft taco with sour cream which was just awful and had some black pieces in it which made me not dare take another bite. I brought my teenage daughter to get a fast bite to eat and we got the worst customer service. The guy working the register didn't like his job, you could tell by his attitude. Also, when we arrived it wasn't even 8:00 yet and there were other customers in the restaurant and the salsa bar was empty. They had already started taking it down. Agreed! This is the WORST Taco Time in all of Davis County! Slow service, wrong orders, cold food, unapologetic. Go to the one in North Salt Lake. No wonder this location is always empty & their sign always says, "Now Hiring"! 20 minutes at the drive-thru only to get a cold, wrong order breakfast burrito at 10:00 am (breakfast time) doesn't exactly equal a happy customer. I eat at this Taco Time at least once a week and I'm always happy with my dinner. The stuffed Mexi-fries are fabulous with the ranch dressing they always include. I love their soft bean burrito and they always make it exactly to my order. It's a great place for a quick meal. read more
