Didn't show up for first service appointment. Emailed after appt saying not to take the day off - I see now someone else reviewed the same problem. Office Phone number goes directly to automated message saying to text so you don't ever get to talk to anyone on the phone. Emails don't have appt time listed, but says be ready at the time "below." Technician came out, said it needs a part within 10 min of being here (without taking washer apart or starting cycle that is messing up). Says he googled the problem and it's the belt. They Ordered the part, but company scheduled tech to come out before the part arrived. Thankfully I asked him at confirmation if he had the part and he said no. Rescheduled for after part arrives. 4th attempt, same tech comes in and I hand him the belt that came in the mail in an Amazon package. He doesn't take the washer apart, doesn't start the washer or anything. Sits in the laundry room quietly. I'm thinking how strange. Within 10 min he says alright I'm done and hands me the Amazon package and says can you throw away this trash for me. I see after he left that it's the belt he was supposed to install and he lied. I'm dumbfounded. My washer is still not working and I've wasted 3 weeks dealing with an incompetent company. read more
