If you're looking for crappy customer service, you've found the right place! We were unfortunately assigned to them by Lowe's to repair our washer and dryer. Scheduled an appt for 7/1/20 between 12-4. Had someone waiting at home all day and they never showed or called. I called them and waited over 2 hours on the phone with no answer and I called again today, 7/2/20, and waited over 3 hours with no answer either. We were assigned to them back in 10/17 to repair our dryer again and I was 6 days post csection and they were a no call no show then too. Had I remembered it were the same people, I would have asked to be assigned to another company. If Lowe's tries to assign these people to do your repairs, REFUSE!!! Total waste of time.
